About us
ProPasta (SMC) Pvt. Ltd is a company incorporated under the laws of Pakistan, operating the ProPasta cloud kitchen and the website propasta.pk (the “Site”). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Contact us at hello@propasta.pk.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order, and the information you provide must be true, accurate, and complete.
Orders and acceptance
Menu listings are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. When you place an order you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A binding contract forms only when we confirm your order electronically.
We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, we suspect fraud or misuse, or there is an obvious pricing or description error.
Pricing, errors, and taxes
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or description error, even after confirmation.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including supported cards and wallets and, where eligible, Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed by our payment partners under their own terms and security standards. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Delivery
We deliver within designated areas of Lahore, Pakistan subject to operational capacity and time of day, using our own riders and authorised logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your specified address or on collection.
Food, allergens, and freshness
Our food is cooked to order and best enjoyed promptly on delivery. Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, nuts, and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. If you have a serious allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.
Cancellations, refunds, and complaints
You may cancel an order before it enters preparation. Once cooking has begun an order cannot usually be cancelled. Refund and complaint matters are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Loyalty and promotions
ProPasta Rewards is a free loyalty programme. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire. Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation or security. All content on the Site — including the ProPasta name, logo, photography, and copy — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute. Your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation are not affected.
