Most delivery pasta arrives tired — cooked hours early, sitting in a tray, gluey by the time it reaches you. We built ProPasta to fix exactly that. We are a cloud kitchen, engineered end to end around one promise: pasta that tastes like it just left the pan, delivered to your door.
That means dough and sauces made in-house, not shipped in from a packet. It means your order hits the pan the moment you tap "order", not before. And it means a kitchen and delivery setup tuned so the trip from our stove to your table is as short as we can make it.
We keep the menu tight on purpose — a focused set of pastas, baked dishes, and sides we are confident in, rather than a sprawling list we cannot do justice. Classic ragù. Proper Alfredo. Bright basil pesto. A few baked numbers that come out bubbling. Garlic bread that is actually garlicky.
ProPasta is built on the same operating system as a full restaurant — live prep timers, dietary tags, real availability — so what you see on the menu matches what is happening in the kitchen.
